When loggin in to Google resources, board members will need to use their ...@parkdaledallas.org account.  However, Google has a few quirks that makes logging in to our Google resources a bit tricky.

Sometimes when you get to a login page, Google will will automatically include the "@parkdaledallas.org" for you in

the login page.  This happens when you run into our "private-label" login page (see http://mail.google.com/a/parkdaledallas.org/).  When you get the private-label login, you just need to enter your name portion instead of the whole email address (e.g., "jonathan").

Our private label login is green color and there will be other indications as indicated in the screenshot below:

However, if you encounter the generic, non-Parkdale version of the login page, then you have to include the full email address as your login (e.g., "jonathan@parkdaledallas.org"):
